It's been so long since I last post.. 3rd year is a much busier year.. seriously, I don't know how 4th ear will be like.

Aniways, I can't complain 24/7 but just do the assignments given.

With stress, I too need distress. My sweet escape is watching korean drama, the good ones at least. Currently I'm watching the princess man acted by Park Shi Hoo and Moon Chae won. Initially I just decided to gave this drama a try because of the female lead. But after watching the male lead.. OMG.. he is such a hootie... and a great actor too. Thus while waiting for the drama to air online, I'm currently watching Prosecutor Princess because of Park Shi Hoo.. Nice drama. But I still have to concentrate and can't get side track...

The prosecutor princess drama.. Nice drama... funny, cute and romance.. wooh.. The lead actress also plays Sunhwa in IRIS... didn't recognise her due to her different character.. and lastly, the lastest ep 21 kiss scene..(previous post) ahh so sweet... what a dream... Park Shi Hoo and Moon Chae won... ah.... sweet sweet swweet.... PG!!!

I actually forgot about this blog until I met Mar at East Point and said that she read my blog. So Mar, NI UNTUK Kau...

Just as Holiday started, I went for attachment at Sculpture sQUARE FOR 3 days. It was alright, but overall, the most productive day is the last day as instead of sitting at a corner and sleep, wasting time, we actually communicate with the students.

Recently during the Holiday, I went with my schoolmates to Batam. It was a 2 day 1 night trip. We had so much fun that it felt like we have been going on the trip for days.

Then there was attachment at Bukit Panjang Govt high for 4 days.

Met a stranger at Forbidden city who is from SCWO during the club Anniversary celebration.

Went To the Art Science Museum for an event and looking at Some of Van Gogh Digital artwork images and Salvador Dali work.

Recently, some of my classmates and I went to Ubin, where we did cycling, fishing and a dog saved Sophie and I from Supernatural Beings.

This is the events so far other than going to JB 2 times a week.

Bought Dong Yi DVD at an expensive price, when actually got cheaper, kena rip off.. NVM.. ikhlas... Watch it for like 3 times ardy, still can't get enough... Love You Dong Yi!!! woo One of the best korean drama, even though its episode is like so long... its worth every minute of my time.... Saranghae...

And Yes yes... Hope to meet Sam and Fyd, plus my running buddie...

Got pay today, but its all gone. Haiz..

So today Huda and I went to Changi Airport to apply for the Porters job. I really want it, however I can't because its full time and have cpf. Damn it. Its one of my dream job to work in the Airport. Sayang2.

Then I went to eat fish and co. before the meet up Ermm.. Really not a fan. The customer service was excellent, however the food served was cold!!! erk... after the meet up with the perosn at the airport, we Went to eat a $3 plus plus yoghurt before headinfg home.

We then fetch ibu home then went home.

After that it was hectic busy transfering money to Nani's acct, and buying groceceries and paying bills.

I so need a part time job, because the lawyer is so damn mad..No relaxaion at all. Hopefully next week will be a relaxing Batam trip even if it was only 2 days.

So on the night of 31st dec 2010, Huda and I went to watch the fireworks near the platform, then headed to clarke quay for clubbing at forbidden city. Lesson learnt, it's too many people during the new year,its so frustrating as it was jammed packed, practically walking like tortuise, a journey of 15 mins, ended up with 1 hour..wasted time.. so no fireworks next year..just straight to clarke quay..

Holidays

Went to Indonesia-Jakarta,cilendsi,PUncak
Nice Mini vacation for a week..It was nice...and the experience was great,some ot,but overall..I liked it..It's totally different from Singapore.. the weather, the people, the building,JUst the FEEl...Its different..It's kind of calming to have something different once in a while.
I actually got so excited when I saw mountains and padi fields..It's just so nice...
Hopefully,this year we'll go somewhere further than Southest Asia

ermm.practically didn't do much..watched Korean dramas, listing..1)encore for Painter of the wind, 2) watched the whole series for Mary stayed up all night- this I have to wait weekly as it was just airing when I started to watch,same goes to 3)Athena:goddess of war.. Not forgetting korean movies such as Autumn snow and blades with no name.. I realised that I kind of like historical dramas as it makes me learn about the historical ppl..

Other then that, I practically went to help out at mother's stall with dad every morning, Yup2..that's it..I kind of like it as I'm spending quality time with parents...

Today went with Huda to TM to buy the 2011 organiser, and we ended up watching a movie too.. We watched the tourist..funny show..I liked it.

Tmr, going of to zaimie's place with, Nadiah,fir and sadik to paint his house..I've been begging my mum to buy paint for 2 years so that i could paint the house..But..!!!!...??? I've been itching to paint the walls..and hopefully, I'll get to relief it..

I've an email from koreandramas.org recently about a new dramas series would be up.. at least twice a week, the wepsite would update via email the dramas that was going to be aired. I usually just trashed it without reading, then I just went on and just opened it..AAAAJHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH..It's been a while since one of my fav. Hey there readers, been a while since my last post. so what happen recently,

Let me start with last Sunday.

Sunday: Huda,Vincent, Aik Chuan and I Participated in the Standard chartered full marathon race 2010. OMG!!!It was torturous, halfway, I thought to myself'' why am I doing this?'' But NO.. I must perservere, thus completed the marathon in 7 hours. yeay!! during runnung halfway, Sophie-voluntered atr the water point, said HIDA... and I was like did someone just called my name/ and it was Sophie.. couldn't talk much cause I had to quickly rush through as i was really pacing too slow by then. The heat was torturous. But lucky for me it was as bad as Aik chuan and huda, cause I'm already dark.hahaha.. At the second half, I was running like shit, so that I wouldn't be at the back.. The nin neh neh thing about it is my timing chip at the last part, it's did not read my timing.. dam fcuk off cause all the hard work, at the end blew off. really dam pek chek!!!

took taxi with Vincent and Huda back home cause it was so tiring, exhausting and the Pain!!!

Monday & Tuesday: Pain PAIN pAIN!!! I couldn't even turn sides while sleeping... it was horrible. even going to the toilet to pee was torturous. Sitting and standing.. OMG!!! i can't even describe it... The pain was everywhere, anywhere and everytime...
Even though there's pain, Huda, Chak Mek, Areena and I went to Bugis to shop, shop, shop. I think I have a problem.. I can't just stop shopping even though I have no $$$$ left. Haiz

Wednesday: Met lovely Samirah and Rafida. It was really nice, we had lunch, watch movie (Easy A) and then shopping.. Girls, I was searching for the cardigan right? kat rumah aku nye daerah, banyak..haha...nasib nasib..:) It was like since last year christmas since we last met. Glad to have a good catch up with you girls.

Thursday: I went to Bugis to buy paper and print dad's flight to Jakarta confirmation slip. OTW back home, at Upper Macpherson Rd, there was this super sale. I just went crazy and drop off the bus, and boght myself a Zarea dress after hours of choosing what to buy.. I should stop!!! Haiz...

Friday(today): So,this Morning helped mum and dad at the stall.. OMNG..so tiring.. Then during the afternoon, just slept way through and now gwtting ready to go to a party with Huda.. errmmm... I shouldn't drink, I know:)

I've never thought that I'd be this tired. When I was in NIE, I was doing just fine, but once I reach home, OMG!!! I slept from 5.30p.m till 12 midnight.. even so, I still feel tired but I just can't seem to sleep. This 1 month holiday, I'll make full use of it. Aja!!!!
Finally school holidays have begun, but I feel sad though, but I shouldn't!!! He said that he's glad I'm back to happy now, but he doesn't know, that half of it is from him..
Aja!!! Even though I keep thinking about it, I must stop it!!! The thought of him just drives me nuts... I'll run and swim until I can't breathe, that I'm fighting for survival, so that that my mind will keep him off... fighting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today was a menatlly tiring day... From 10.30 am to 7.30pm I had to edit don't know how much image and then rearrange everything non stop...Practically no in between lunch, no playing, nothing... sigh luckily Ahmad and Han came into the lab at 1 plus2 coz its starts to get eerie..
Thanks Daddy for giving me money for school even though u dun have much left.. I'll pay u back soon.. Love u ayah...

So.. yesterday, I went to take the entry pack with Huda, Vincent and Aik Chuan. Not crowded however, I had to go back as they gave me the wrong shirt, they gave me the men's tee which is different from the women. But I got it switched, thanks to Hadi, Hanis brother, Huda's friend.

Then Huda and I ate popeyes at Changi Airport.

I had some thinking, and yups yups, i gave it a rough thought about what Aik Chuan said, Maybe I don't actually like like. But yes.. Aja.. It's not that bad now. I know what i have to do... train!!!!

I've decided that I'm going to buy new running shows this coming Friday. Asics or New Balance? HMMMM...

Today wasn't a wasted day. I practically do nothing in the morning, but in the evening, Huda and I went to the swimming pool at Geylang East.. On last Thursday, I went there as my first beginner training, and I could barely swim one lap. I kept pausing at the side, but today, I swam practically the whole 1 lap of the deep pool. It felt like an achievement.. I'm doing this to help boast my stamina as well.. Hopefully I'll get way way better,, Fighting!!!!

And final note: Don't let others put you down. Just because they think they can't do ot, doesn't mean you can't/

the painter in the wind

I feel so depressed since 7 a.m today when I watched the ending of the korean drama the painter of the wind.

My history teacher, Cleo was the one who introduced the show to our class as the story of the show involve the artist that is famous in Korean history. the show is based on a true story but since it's a drama, there's change here and there, so it's not 100% true.

It's so sad!! The show is very insightful and educational. the plotline are great, and if there's extra time, surely I'll watch it again.

What i've learnt in the show mostly has to do with art topics, such as composition and subject matter. I've also learnt the different style of artwork painted by Kim Hong Do and Shin Yoon Bok. They themselves have their own uniqueness.

Aniways.. they didn't end up together.. the love each other, but not together.. It's so depressing!!!!!

I've heard a lot about the world war 2... Watched documentaries and stories told by my Grandmother during the occupation. It was gruelsome and horrific.I've heard how hellistic the occupation was.. and how many lives were killed and sacrificed. I always thought what happened in the bombings of the atomics was the right decision. I've always thought nothing of it, until one of my sas vacation lecturer suggested that we should watch the hiroshima and nagasaki atomic bombs victims. i was shocked. my knowledge about the vicyims are totally deficit. I'm ambarassed that i was not aware of this, aware of their sufferings too...
I was aware that the aftermath of the bombing was terrible.. it affected many people. Even unborn children who was conceived after the way has to pay the consequences.. many were born abnormal.

I've known the existence of ss501 since last year when min min lend me her BOYS OVER FLOWERS dvd....I tell ya... they were not so hot then..they used to have this good boy image... now... wooo.. totally bad boys... When I was in Primary school.. I remembered how Huda was TOTALLY OBSESSED with the series titled Xena:the warrior princess.... Recently since I've completed most of thw dramas that I've so called encore such as Buffy the vampire slayer, Charmed, 8 simple rules.. I'm left with nothing.. thus I starteted watching Xena via Youtube.com.

I find the opening to be a bit corny.. but Buffy too had somewhat the same presentation.. How different opening themes are from now and back then.. Aniways... enjoy!!!

on weekdays I would jog with Mardiana At Bedok Reservoir. There, the's this wall, old wall that has spray painted of grafitti and funny looking faces. It was a part of the berlin wall.

It's been weeks since I was curious and want to research on it,me... aiyo.. forgotten about it every single time. but to today, Mar told me about the story of the Belin. Thus I went to wikipedia to search in depth about the berlin wall and the history... I find it to interesting.. Think you guys should go and read it up.

I'm going crazy with the hit tv series... Buffy the vampire slayer.. I's making me nuts!!!!

I've been watching Buffy everyday and not one.. sometimes the whole season in a day and I never get tired of it.. some episode cracked me up, some made me cry and some are like yeah....

I've never watched how Angel and Buffy relationship blossom.. yesterday I watched season 2 finale and felt so sad that Buffy had to make that decision.. Life iws cruel.

However, I'm more of Buffy and Spike fan.. actually I'm crazzy about Spuffy.. Spike ( James Masters) is freaking HOT!!!!... In the earlier season when he was totally badass.. he looks much younger and hotter.. but the rest of the season he is Hot too ok... hahahaha...

I cant stop watching... I'm writing this post is because I'm wasting time to wait for the video to load.. WATCH IT!!IT'S SENSATIONAL!!...

The Basic Punch
Alignment Can Help Or Hurt You

No matter how many years you have studied the martial arts, it’s always important to examine and work to perfect your basics.

This article is going to do just that. Here, we examine one of the primary moves of martial arts: the basic straight punch. For some of you, this information may be familiar, but for many it will provide new food for thought.

We will begin by examining some of the common injuries that occur from improper structural alignment in the basic punch. We will then discuss proper hand, wrist and arm alignment for a punch, and how the force of the punch is absorbed within the body. Finally, we will discuss some elements of maximizing force or power of the punch.

How Bad Alignment Can Hurt You

It is amazing how many people punch incorrectly. By this we don’t mean using the incorrect type of punch, but instead punching anatomically incorrectly. It should be pretty obvious that the purpose of a punch is to deliver force. And that force is intended to go to your opponent, NOT to yourself.

While the above statement seems obvious, apparently it is NOT. In fact a lot of students, even senior ones, punch incorrectly, and they hurt themselves doing it. The most common injury is what is known as “boxer’s fracture,” which is a fracture of the long bone that runs across the top of the hand (metacarpal) and/or the knuckle of the little finger and sometimes the ring finger too. The top of the hand is not well supported for the transmission of force because it connects to other bones of the wrist at an oblique angle. Other common injuries include the fracture of the wrist and/or the elbow.

Please don’t think that the boxer’s fracture is one that occurs only in new students or inexperienced fighters. Just the opposite is true. The new and inexperienced person frequently cannot generate sufficient force to cause a boxer’s fracture, whereas with training the ability to deliver force increases and with it the occurrence of boxer’s fractures.

The problem is that most people do not pay close enough attention to how they align their hand when they strike. Turning the hand so that the little knuckle (and sometimes that of the ring finger too) strikes first is the most common cause of boxer’s fracture. Another problem is that people do not align their entire wrist correctly when doing the basic front straight punch. If it is bent or bends during contact, injury to the wrist can occur.

Notice that there is a solid bone-to-bone connection for the transmission of impact force of a punch from the knuckles of the first and index fingers through the long bones (metacarpals) of the hand into the wrist and up the forearm. The little finger’s metacarpal bone, however, lacks this support since it meets the wrist at an oblique angle.

Injury to the wrist can occur when the wrist of a punching hand is not straight and buckles during contact.

Boxer’s hands are taped into the proper position so that the force is automatically aligned to go down the wrist and into the arm. The fixed wrist prevents creating the large hooking punch (try it some time) and helps limit the damage. But, since boxers have relied on an artificial means of keeping the wrist aligned, they have not learned how to do so themselves. So out of the ring they can easily damage their hands because they are not properly aligned.

Another problem is the new development of soft punching bags. There are several martial arts companies that put out soft bags and targets, which are specifically designed to prevent injuries by absorbing the delivered force. The upside is that these bags are very good about limiting repetitive damage and impact damage to the student (and prevents arthritis later in life). The downside is that hitting these bags in no way simulates the effect of hitting a real target … like a person. An 80 kg man does not resemble a water-filled punching bag, and if all you have learned is how to how hit soft surfaces you will be visiting your local emergency room the next time you get in a real situation and have to punch someone.

Does that mean I am a fan of the older ways of punching hard surfaces? Yes and no. Yes, because unless you do some work on harder and heavier bags, you will never learn to punch correctly. Your whole body has to learn how to punch correctly in order to deal with this kind of force. Should you do it continuously and only work on a heavy bag? Absolutely not. There is no reason to cause that much damage to yourself. I simply believe that it must be a part of the training routine. How much a part is up to you.

Note: I suggest that adults (including women) use at least a 75kg bag if they want realistic street punching conditions. Yes, the bag may even outweigh you … but then so will that big drunken jerk you are trying to communicate with.

If the elbows moves outward during the rotation of a karate straight punch the striking surface of the fist also changes so that contact is often made with the little and/or ring finger knuckles which can be easily damaged.

Problems of correct alignment can also be exacerbated by karate-ka who use boxing or other padded gloves and don’t tape their wrists. A student, for example, can free fight (point or light contact) and hit softer bags without ever knowing that his or her structural mechanics are poor. And if the student is punching incorrectly, such as allowing his or her elbows to flare outward during a straight (twist) punch, it is much more likely that the wrist will be turned so as to hit with the little finger knuckle (and the ring finger).

The Effects of the Force of the Punch On The Body

You want the force of the punch to go into your opponent, but by Newton’s laws we know that for every reaction there is an equal and opposite reaction. Thus OUR bodies will absorb as much force as we deliver. Therefore you MUST design a way to disperse the force generated so it doesn’t injure your hand (boxer’s fracture), wrist, elbow or other body part.

To do this, the force should be dispersed in a distributed fashion within the puncher’s entire body. The easiest way to do this is to align the hand, wrist and arm properly so that the force is transmitted up the entire arm and into the body as a whole.

If this seems simplistic, I can assure you that it is not. And unfortunately, too many schools of boxing and martial arts do not spend enough time teaching students to punch correctly. Instead they spend their training time on where to hit and how to hit fast and in combinations. They also don’t practice hitting hard against targets that simulate the human body.

Punching Correctly

So how does one punch correctly? There are a number of factors.

The striking surface: The point of impact should be as if it was coming from either the second or third web spaces [between the index or first finger and the long finger knuckles OR between the long finger knuckle and the ring finger knuckle]. In truth, you will strike your knuckle fist and not the web spaces between the knuckles, but if you focus on either of these points then the hand is aligned properly. The difference between the two points is that the first one (between the index and long fingers) is for a straight on punch, whereas the second one (between the long and ring finger) is for a 3/4 twist punch.

The wrist: It should be perfectly straight to align the bones to transmit force up to and through it. I have seen many wrist injuries that resulted from the wrist bending upon impact. This is one reason people tape their wrists.

The elbow: It should be kept close to the body so that the direction of the strike is parallel to the movement of the centerline of the body. Correct alignment of the hand ensures that any force which is rebounded from an impact is transmitted up the entire arm and the body as a whole absorbs the force not just the striking portion of the hand. Additionally the elbow must be kept close to the body so that the direction of the strike is parallel to the movement of the centerline of the body. Keeping the elbow in close to the body is just as important, for otherwise the force will stop at your elbow. You may not break the elbow, but you will injure the ligaments holding the bones in place and hurt for a very long time!

Developing Maximum Force

Remember my prior comment: the object of the punch is to deliver force to your opponent and NOT to yourself.

You WANT to deliver as much force to your opponent as you can (the maximum pressure in a very short period of time). It means speed of delivery (speed of technique).

In addition to teaching my students to strike quickly, I also instruct them to leave the punch extended while the body falls into the punch, thus moving the force through the target. This gives the person delivering the punch DRAMATICALLY more effective technique than someone who only impacts the surface.

I have summarized rules of force into a simple formula: F= (p2-p1)/A/T.

Translated into English this means -- pressure (force in this case) divided by surface area divided by time. In short, you want to deliver the force of the punch in as little area as possible to get maximum impact. Basic physics tell us that if you double the speed of a technique using the same push or pressure, the force will be quadrupled rather than doubled. Therefore speed is a key ingredient.

Area of impact is another key ingredient. Look at it this way: whatever force you deliver is divided by the area that it is delivered on -- we divide the force (meaning the change in pressure) by the Area (A). Also you have to divide that effect by the time (“T”) it is delivered. If you deliver force slowly then it has little effect.

Sizing Up Your Running Posture
Running posture is similar to the posture that your mother nagged you about when you were growing up: It's how you hold your back, shoulders, and neck. What position is your back in when you run? To find out, have a friend take a video of you (straight on and from the side). If that's not possible, ask someone to take a picture of you, from the side, as you run by. Although not as effective, you can also run in place, sideways, next to a full-length mirror and look at your posture. Either way, evaluate what you see and determine which of the following categories you fall into:

•Your back is perfectly straight up and down. Running with your back perfectly straight can make for good running posture, as long as it doesn't indicate that your body is as tight as a violin string. Be sure that, in keeping your back straight, your body isn't rigid, such that your neck and arms are tensed instead of relaxed. If running with a perfectly straight back is natural to you and you feel relaxed, don't try to change it. But if you feel tense, try to lean forward just slightly from your waist as you run.
•You lean just slightly forward from your waist. This is the most common — and most efficient — way to run, with a slight lean forward. With just a slight lean, your arms, back, neck, shoulders, and diaphragm relax. See Figure 1.

•You lean far forward at the waist. Although this posture is unusual, some runners do lean so far forward that they look as though they may fall. This posture puts quite a bit of pressure on your lower back and doesn't allow you to keep your eyes up and on the back of the person ahead of you in your marathon. It can also interfere with your breathing. Although changing your posture may seem awkward at first, try pulling yourself back to perfectly straight or a slight lean forward for at least three runs.
•You lean back at your waist. Leaning too far back makes you unable to fully fill your diaphragm, which means that you can't breathe as well as you would if you leaned a bit forward. Instead, you want to lean forward slightly at the waist. Also think about bringing your chin down, because it's likely tipped back.
The main reason people run with a slight lean back is because they're fatigued in their arms and upper body. If you begin to lean back at the end of workouts or races, consider adding pushups or an entire circuit routine to your training.
When running uphill, lean forward, so that you're leaning into the angle of the hill. Thrust your elbows back hard as you run up the hill. In this position, you run hills powerfully, instead of letting hills conquer you.

Two other common mistakes in running posture are as follows:

•Scrunching your shoulders so that they're up near your ears. This makes running far more difficult than it needs to be. Instead, relax your shoulders and hold them slightly back — just like your teacher told you to stand when you were a kid. Efficient running is all about relaxation, and you can't relax your body with your shoulders all scrunched.
•Tilting your chin up so that it points to the sky. Ideally, your neck stays perfectly straight; your chin is neither tilted down toward your chest nor tilted up. Many runners, however, do tilt their chins up, especially as they become fatigued. Practice keeping your neck perfectly straight as you run.

On Saturday evening at 6.30pm... I went to Bedok Reservoir and jog non stop for one round... Initailly... i wanted to do 2 rounds as it's estimated distance would be around 10km... but it was getting dark..plus my outer left thigh is hurting like hell.. It still dows.. but I hope I'll recover by tomorrow....

This afternoon, Huda, Ayah and I went to the Navy Open house 2010... OMG!!! it was so Hot!!!(the weather)... plus.. There were thousands of people.. the smrt buses that was chartered kept coming in non-stop... but it was quite a nice experience.

Went back later and watched Grey's Anatomy season 1 ep 3 at channel SET from Mio tv... i should do Grey's Anatomy encore soon... Then watched Desperate housewives.. season 1 really cracked me up...hahaha..

Alright then.. tomorrow helping Ibu in the morning at 4am.. so i should tuck in now.. kk.. bye bye... nite nite and sweet dreams...:)

reach home.. then slept for a while... woke up at 11.. then Huda loaded Grey's Anatomy finale part 1.. didnt watch full.. went back to ibu's stall to settle some thing then headed to city hall...

There, I met Sophie and her friend BABY T.. so shy... reminds me of Yashirah..aka..mardiana's bestie.. not Nafa mardiana but sec school mardiana...

i've just read this blog from this ingrate person... What a damn person. How could you criticize your parents in such a waY? They took care of you and didn't throw you or even sold you to other people. They fed you and raised you. Even though you had to buy your own so called clothes, but still, the things that you want are only materials... that when you die!!! you wont freaking bring. how can you hate you're parents when they took care and fed you... maybe they dont show their emotions to you, but how could you!!!! Since Wednesday after school, Aik Chuan, Sophie and I went to NIE first to do our sculpture.. The place is quite haunted. The thing kept playing with the doors... so freaky.. Its the second overnight at NIE.. Vincent joined us then later Nadiah and Sadik followed by Zaimie.

I think its really nice of Vincent and zaimie to stay the night with us even though their work is finished.

I kept re doing the hands because the fingers is so brittle.
At night I finally broke down and kept saying Fck FCK fck...I know its improper.. I should restrain myself.
I did one of the casting myself, and got stuck. my middle finger started turining purple.. Thanks to Zaimie.. It went off... Aik Chuan could still make the joke that made my heart stopped for a sec...hahahaha
Aik chuan suggested using the wire to make a moke bond for the fingers of the hands.. I was so tired and lazy and lack of patient, decided to pass on it...
I decided to do what zaimie suggested for the hands..(re doing for the 4th time).. thanks to sophie and vincnet for the hand modeling..

vincent helped me cut for the base of my work.. really thanks...appreciate it

then later around 12.. Zaimie told us about his paranormal experience during his NS.. freaky...

Around 10 mins or so.. Sophies parents came to pick her up.. then Vincent, Aik Chuan, Zaimie and I went to the school so called ''holiday inn'' toilet located at the PE department. I was scared as it was dark but I could no longer stand the itchiness of the plasters...

on the way there.. theres suddenly a black cat... we just walk

I just used the boys toilet shower as i was afraid going into the girls alone... then Zaimie , me and vincent in one straight row... me in the middle.. and the main drain.. the pe***... I eventually did the same thing...
Vincent really prepared everything.. we passed the toiletries back and forth...
Its quite and experience...hehehe

Then we walked back.. stopped at the canteen for the yogurt machine.. saw that little black cat again.. more freaky...things...

then went off to studio.. I went up to sleep... joining Sadik and Nadiah..
We planned to wake up at 0400.. ended up.. we woke up at 0700... Aik Chuan and I went down first and later had breakfast with Mr Tay...

Then I continued with the hands.. kena sai... Zaimie and Vincent went off in the morning, Nad and Sadik too..but they returned later.

Later the class came at around 1p.m
Talked with Faz, and chatted with Mardiana(nafa).. then at last.. Sophie came back!!!!ya ta!!!

Leng didnt like my hands as it wasnt smooth.. it made me think a lot.. then Dawu too said something about it.. then I decided to do another one... Sophie really helped and tolerated me.. she gave a lot of suggestions... Thanks Sophie for the help.. tak akan ku lupakan...
still could get a smooth hand.. The i decided to do an experiment and followed what Aik chuan has suggested... OMG.. works wonders... Even though thr finger pop out, it doesnt break badly..its intact and could be put back.. I should have listened to him... Aik Chuan,Im sorry for not listening to you... Thank u for the help... Finishes at 10p.m.. with only Nadiah, ayu, sophie and i.. with dawu who left early and ayu's friend who joined us... I realised that I've only eaten breakfast for the whole day... But thanks to sophie for helping me.. have fun coping things there..hahaha

Congrates to Zaimie and his friend Ainul for getting the first place in the category they have participated. I was shocked to hear zaimie's voice... It was different from when he talk noemally to us.. his singing voice is so Hot!!!!

I've been really really tired... Since yesterday's and the day before photoshop marathon assignment..I've been really tired.. my brain just seem to be in sleeping mode.. i've slept quite a lot.. and even if I'm awaken.. i'll automatically sleep....
It would just take me 5 seconds from waking up mode to sleeping mode and accompanied by dreams... I should finish up photoshop asap... Buay tahan... I haven't even started on Ren's 3rd piece..needles to say all Apek's work.. Haiyo!!! so stress....

Firstly I would like to say... I really am confused with photoshop functions.. espessially when I had to use the cs 2 which was diferent from cs 3.. there's some lacking in functions from cs 2.. i'm used to cs 3.. but I like like vincent and sophie use cs4.. like nice.. and got extra funvtions also...

hey there.. Been so long since I've posted something on this blog.. Been really busy lately.
Aniways... Love the Korean drama Chuno-slave hunter.. really good... there's drama, the fighting scene is superb, the visual effects.. nice!!! and the most important thing the plot.. Fantastic!!!!!

Aniways.. Haven't finish Ren's work.. Apek's work havent even start.. And that mummy is getting more CB as the days go by..buay tahan with her.. we came to school, she scold us coz the rest didn't.. isn't she unreasonable.. we took the effort to come to school early for her class... and all we got is scolding.. she want us to appreciate her first... but she doesn't even appreciate us.. Haiya!!!!!

Hello everyone, today I went out with Sam and Fyd at 11a.m at TM mall.. sorry girls I was late.. then we went to long john silver. Sam and Fyd ate but I didn't as I wasn't hungry. We talked about a lot of things about schools etc...
Aniways, after the lunch we went and took pictures... the jumping pictures were really challenging.. haha... had so much fun.... we should meet up again soon.

Time passes by so fast.. before I knew it, it was already 1p.m.
I had to meet Sophie at Aljunied mrt station. ermmm... i was late again.SOrry Sophie for being late again!!!!!
then Sophie and I walked to Geylang East swimming complex. There, Huda, jasmine and her friend Mellisa was there... Later, Jasmine and mellisa went off first...then Huda sophie and i. it was tiring, but i enjoyed swimming... next stop is Jurong East swimming complex!!!

Aniways.. so busy this week and next week. Going for movies with Huda on Saturday, then on Monday meeting Mar, Tuesday meeting vincent,sophie for movies and on Wednesday meet up with the girls again:)

Had a blast in East Coast park yesterday with NAFA mates...
so siok..
Jasmine, vincent, Sophie and I went to meet up at Bugis then went to Marine Parade. From there we cab down to East Coast. When we reach there, we saw Nadiah, Nani, Sazali, Ahmad, Han,Fir and Sadik. We had a blast. Sophie help and guided me with roller blading.. thank You...:) we played at the water... so nice.. I felt so calm. Sometimes I felt as if I'm standing on water. so nice.. then we played with the sand.
Then we asta at the rock there. I felt so siok. so calm with sadik, sophie and vincent doing fishing and nani and sazali playing kite. it's really nice with the sun set.. I had a blast.. night came, Jasmine and I went cycling with Sophie blading. Sophie's blading is so good.. I really like it..I've never felt this happy for quite some time...
afterwards.. all of us played UNO... so fun.. at around 9 plus plus... all of us heded home.
And guys.. boys over flowers rocks.. Junpyo!!!!!

I'm on holiday, so I have all the time to blog.

Alright, this Friday, my parents, Huda and I would be going to Batam,Indonesia for our holiday. We are so sick of certain people, and I thought my Mother could use the rest. I would be staying for 3 days 2 nights, so if you message me, I wouldn't be able to answer.

Aniways, I'm angry at certin someone who Arggggghhh is truly not a friend.. Don't worry this does not apply to dearest Sam, Fyd etc. I think she's a Bitc...
I'm truly dissapointed with her.

Planning to go roller blading with Sophie soon.. so excited because Sophie is going to teach me how to blade... :) happy happy

I've been watching this series, titled Rome (HBO production).
The show is, OMG. The show is the most UNSENSORED SHOWS I've ever watched in my entire life. It's like porn, but it just isn't.
But I love it though. The storyline is very good.I'm addicted to it that I'm watching the show for 3 hours per day. I should stop and go slower.

Grey's Anatomy!!! Arggg.. I have to wait for like 2 months plus for the next episode. It feels so miserable.Gosh. But love the HOLIDAZE episode. he is so hot. He acts in ROME too. Freaking HOT!!!

I hope the problrms we are facing will subside soon and yes, I've plan, after my bond has ended, I'm thinking of going to UK to pursue a degree and might want to settle there.:)

Aniways, I think life for me right now is very interesting. I met new people and NAFA and I feel easily comfortable around them. They made me smile and happy. I never felt that happy since secondary school.
Funny thing, through a friend in NAFA, who has another friend who is now the old friend who bastard me friend. Get it? I know it's confusing. I just think that this is a small year.
For the past 3 yrs, i didn't her so called things or info, but now just like that. funny right? I wanted to make nice or at least end it good with her, so I decided to add her in facebook. She rejected me, as well as my other secondary school buddies. I think she just wanted to forget her past. That part I dun get it..WHY?

Assessment is drawing near. So nervous. Review are going to be over soon.. So the burden is less. I hope I would have a good grad.:0

Today was school orientation.
I still remember 2 years back during my nursing school orientation on how scary meeting new ppl and how lonely it was...
I was actually afraid that the same thing would happen, but it was a total opposite.
My classmates were nice and very friendly. I think that the fact that my classmates consists of 19 ppl including me.
And I love the schedule.
All class starts at 9a.m and usually ends around afternoon.
And if class starts at noon, it'll end no later than six.
It's really great:)
But I can't slack.. I know that it's going to get harder soon...

I went to collect my 0 level cert today at MOE building in Buana Vista.
I took a bus fro0m my house to Eunos MRT interchange.
My goodness..
It's darn HOT TODAY...
Reached Buana vista and collected the cert.
I was thirsty, so I walked under the hot sun and went to the nearest 7-11.
Then I took the bus 196 toeards Bedok Inter.
It was a nice view on the way.
The city area was amazing.
The tall buildings was wow....
Aniways after a good of 1 and a half hour in the bus.. I finally reached Bedok Inter and took bus 87 home.
